TravelBuilders International LLC, (TBI LLC) its employees, officers, directors, successors. agents, and assigns does not own, operate or control any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, commercial or private airlines, hotel companies, transportation and or bus companies all of whom may be involved with your trip and in arranging your trip, including lodging facilities, airline or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers or optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, TBI is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any third party. Nor is it liable for any missed features or attractions as a result of any such act without limitation, TBI is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, lost or stolen belongings, overbooking or downgrading or accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or  dangers associate with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of or quality of medical care, illness, disease or epidemic, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or to any other cause beyond (lie direct control of TBI.. Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions or any other information relating in anyway to the Responsibility Clause, or to the trip itself, shall be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Rocky Hill, Connecticut in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then existent. TravelBuilders International LLC is not the tour operator for this trip, but has purchased the services of a scheduled international air carrier and tour operator(s). who are responsible to you in making air and tour/ ground services arrangements offered in this flyer/ brochure including; but not limited to, land and air transportation, hotels, restaurants, buses, sightseeing, and other tour essentials, etc. The Airline, Tour Company, Hotels, Bus Companies, restaurants, and other companies offering tour elements mentioned in this program are independent contractors and are not agents of or joint ventures with TBI LLC.

Terms & Conditions:

TravelBuilders International LLC is a Group Tour Specialty travel arrangements company. The purchase of any Group Travel Services offered by TravelBuilders International, LLC (TBI, LLC) constitutes a contractual arrangement between the purchaser and TBI, LLC and represents your acceptance of TBI, LLC terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking your group travel reservation.

In general, TBI, LLC accepts only cash or checks for the purchase of group travel arrangements but in some limited cases, we will accept credit cards. In some cases, credit cards will be accepted for airline tickets and insurance premium payments. These cases are determined on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise noted below, the following applies to all purchases of Group Travel Services from TBI, LLC.

A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 per-person/ per-trip is required for us to reserve a space on any of our group programs/ departures. Final payment is due 61 days prior to the commencement of services. If we do not receive your final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-bill you with the correct pricing. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made within the final payment period.

Cancellation & Cancellation Fees:

If cancellation is received by TBI, llc, in writing, outside of the final payment due date, your non-refundable deposit will be retained in addition to any air or other cancellation fees or penalties. For individual reservations included in our group travel services and programs, the following per-person cancellation penalties apply. Total price does not include discounts, promotions, or special insensitive if they should be included in the group service programs from time to time. 120 – 61 days prior to commencement of group services: Full refund minus $200.00 initial deposit.

60 – 46 days prior to commencement of group services: 20% of total price plus Travel Insurance Premium.

45 – 31 days prior to commencement of group services: 50% of total price plus Travel Insurance Premium.

30 – 01 days prior to commencement of group services: 100% of total price plus Travel Insurance Premium Day of Departure: No Refund.

Cancellation fees may also apply to additional services, including accommodations, independently supplied services, optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour.

NOTE: TBI LLC will use its best efforts to recover, for participants, any refunds deemed retrievable from it’s suppliers of group travel services.

TBI, LLC reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any group trip or departure. If cancellation is made prior to departure, the only responsibility of TBI, LLC will be to refund to the passenger the amount received for the reservation. TBI, LLC will use its best efforts to rebook the passenger with the same travel and tour elements or one with essentially the same elements.
